Cookie Cutter Care

Our cookie cutters are 3D printed using 100% food-safe, biodegradable PLA filament. All cutters are made-to-order to maintain the highest quality control.This will ensure  that your baked creations are both safe and beautifully shaped. Each cutter is designed for comfort with rounded handles, and durability, with a double blade for precise cutting

Please note that these cutters are only to be handwash in cold/ lukewarm water only—avoid soaking the cutters in any liquids, placing them in the dishwasher, and or exposing them to high heat, as this can affect their quality and shape.

Sizing

All cookie cutter dimensions are measured based on the longest side of the design unless specified.

Our 3D printed cookie cutters are designed to be as precise as possible, but due to the nature of the 3D printing process, there may be slight variations in size, typically within a few millimeters. If you need a specific size, please feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate!

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

At Jess’ Cookie studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below are our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns for our 3D printed cookie cutters.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on orders, except in cases of incorrect, defective, or damaged items. If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will require photos of the issue to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Please review the product description and measurements carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs. If you need any help or have questions about sizing, please feel free to reach out.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. All cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee to cover for credit card/ payment processing fees.

After this time, the order will be processed, and we will not be able to offer a cancellation or refund.

Buyer is responsible for incorrect shipping address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your cookie cutter arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund where necessary. Proof of damage, such as photos, will be required.

Damaged that have incurred for improper use and care of the cookie cutters will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
